In the future I’m planing to pay my relatives hospital bill charge on my credit card and I’m in abroad right now, since I dont want to pay cash. please help.
Does hospital in philippines will accept payment from outside the country credit card?

Pretty much every country in the world accepts credit cards now, so you can pretty much be assured that you can make the payments. Plus, if you have a rewards card, you can get something back for that.
