a structured settlement is any court ordered or agreement between parties debt not paid in full at time the debt was created. If a judgment is issued in your favor and the total is one million, and they pay 100,000 for ten years, they will also have to pay the interest on the unpaid amount at the rate the court specifies until the debt plus the earned interest is paid in full.
