I hate this, at the moment I am studying at university,I would like to earn a lot of money in the future and have my own property and car?
I am studying for a Law degree
There are too many I wish that they would stay in there own country

Does a creditors coming to my home asking about a passed due payment constitute harassment?

I am 50 to 60 days behind on a payment with a non-secured loan. Over 3 years I have a excellent payment history with them, except for now. They spoke to me outside where neighbors could hear about the past due amount. I live in TN if this matters.
